2. Align the trachea on the inner side of the arm with the middle finger.
3. Place the cuff on the arm at the heart level.
4. Leave some space between the cuff and the arm to insert one finger comfortably.

Precautions: Incorrect placement of the cuff can impact measurement accuracy.
